Salon Policy
NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT POLICY
1. Deposit Requirement:
- Clients booking select hair services are required to provide non-refundable deposit to secure their appointment.
- The deposit amount will be communicated to the client at the time of booking.
2. Purpose of Deposit:
- The deposit serves as a commitment from the client to attend the scheduled appointment.
- It ensures that the salon can allocate resources and staff for the client's service.
3. Booking Confirmation:
- The appointment is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit by the salon.
- Clients will receive a confirmation of their booking once the deposit is received.
4. Deposit Payment:
- Deposits can be paid either in-person at the salon or through electronic payment methods specified by the salon.
- The deposit amount will be applied towards the total cost of the service booked.
5. Cancellation Policy:
- The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation by the client.
- Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours for cancellations, as specified by the salon's cancellation policy.
- Failure to provide the required notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
6. Rescheduling:
- Clients may be allowed to reschedule their appointment without losing their deposit up to one time, subject to availability and adherence to the salon's rescheduling policy.
- Rescheduling requests must be made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
7. Exceptions:
- The salon reserves the right to make exceptions to the deposit policy in exceptional circumstances, such as emergencies or unforeseen events.
8. Communication:
- The deposit policy will be clearly communicated to clients at the time of booking, through the salon's website, booking platforms, and any other relevant communication channels.
9. Policy Updates:
- The salon reserves the right to update or modify the deposit policy at any time, with prior notice to clients.
By booking a hair service appointment with the salon, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of the non-refundable deposit policy outlined above.
